Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi day and multi week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.
Are there discounts for longer rentals?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount starting at just 3 days.
Do I need an account to rent a trailer?
No, you can rent directly online through our booking calendar. Everything is completed digitally, so you can finish your reservation right from your phone.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a temporary hold is placed on your card at booking. The amount is shown at checkout before payment is collected.

How do I pick up my trailer?

What You Need To Rent
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/2 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds, and all of our 10k units are under that weight. We also have two 14k units, which require a 3/4 ton or larger truck to tow safely. Keep in mind you’ll need to factor in the weight of your load in addition to the trailer itself, and always confirm the towing capacity for your vehicle. We’re happy to help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
Do I need a special license to tow a trailer?
No special license is required for personal use towing.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
Is there an age requirement for trailer rentals?
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a trailer.
Are tie downs or straps included?
Yes, all straps are included with our car haulers.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Are there any additional fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. All necessary equipment is included in the rental price.
Can I tow the trailer out of state?
Yes, we charge based on rental time, not mileage.
What if I am late returning the trailer?
All late returns will incur additional fees if the trailer is not returned on or before the scheduled return time.
Are damages to the trailer covered?
No, damage is the renter’s responsibility and is paid out of pocket or through insurance, depending on severity.
Are trailers available for commercial use?
Yes, our trailers can be used for commercial purposes.
